We use your information to evaluate and process funding requests, communicate with you about your application via email and (with your consent) text message, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count page views, clicks on our phone number and Apply buttons, and completed applications. It sets cookies in your browser and receives the page you viewed and the button you clicked, not your name, contact details or anything you enter in an application. We do not run it for browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only as needed to process your request — for example, with lending partners and service providers — or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Axelrad Capital offers an optional SMS/text messaging program for loan applicants.
- How to opt in: By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages about your loan application (status updates, document requests, and closing coordination).
- Message frequency: Varies, typically up to 10 messages per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- HELP: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
- STOP: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

8. Facebook and Instagram Messages
When you message an Axelrad Capital or Bryce Axelrad Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta sends us your name, the ID Meta gives you for that Page, and the messages you send. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your funding request. Some replies are written with the help of AI, and a person can step in at any time. We don't sell this information or use it for advertising.
To have your messages and profile information deleted, email loans@axelradcapital.com with the name on your Facebook or Instagram account. We will delete them within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
