- These terms apply to your use of axelradcapital.com. They do not create a lending relationship, and they do not govern any loan. If you take a loan from us, the loan documents govern it and they say so themselves.
- Information on this site is indicative
- Rates, advance rates, terms and closing times shown on this site describe programs we offer and the range they typically fall in. They are not an offer, a commitment to lend, or a quote. Anything binding comes in writing, specific to your deal, after underwriting.
- Eligibility is decided case by case
- Meeting a published criterion does not entitle anyone to financing. We decline deals for reasons that are not published, and we are not obliged to explain a decision unless the law requires it.
- What you send us
- Send accurate information. We rely on it, and a material misstatement in an application is grounds for us to stop work on the file. Do not send anything you are not entitled to share.
- The site itself
- We aim to keep the site accurate and available and cannot promise either absolutely. Calculators on this site are estimation tools; their output is not a quote and should not be relied on as one.

- Where we link to another organisation, we are not responsible for what is on the other end of the link.
